Order Not Received – Tracking Not Working

Dear Pinchy Customer Service,

I placed an order on January 9, 2025, but I have not received my two cutting boards yet. Today is March 12, 2025, and I would like to know where my package is.

I also received an email stating that I could track my order, but the tracking website has not been working for weeks. Could you please provide me with an update on my order status?
