Its so cute

I purchased this for my best friend after receiving it as a gift. It was pre-ordered hence took a bit of time to ship. But the team were so great and compensated with express shipping. It also arrived in the cutest packaging, with their branded tote bag! How sweet.

I love my new board so much. Every time I see it on my bench I feel so happy. Good quality with a decent weight to it and had many compliments!

Dear Pinchy Customer Service,

I placed an order on January 9, 2025, but I have not received my two cutting boards yet. Today is March 12, 2025, and I would like to know where my package is.

I also received an email stating that I could track my order, but the tracking website has not been working for weeks. Could you please provide me with an update on my order status?

I appreciate your help and look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Nadine Wheib
