Please note due to the shipping costs of sending items from Australia, the price is based on weight, with the limit being 3kg (2 boards).

CURRENCY, TAXES & TAX DUTY
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Regular post international orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery.Express post via Sendle usually takes between 5-10 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your Pinchy Products board is damaged please contact us at hello@pinchyproducts.com.au for next steps.
Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by Pinchy Products within 48 hours of the package being received.
Pinchy Products will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on change of mind.
