All Pinchy Products are shipped with Australia Post eParcel service to ensure your parcel arrives smoothly and safely.
CHOPPING BOARDS
- Melbourne Metro $10.00 (1-3 business days*)
- Outside Melbourne Metro $15.00 (5-10 business days*)
- Express: $20.00 (1-3 business days*)
Free shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD to METRO areas.
*Once the item has been processed. We process and ship orders daily (usually within 24 hours). During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
International
We currently ship to 25 countries around the world <3
Please note due to the shipping costs of sending items from Australia, the price is based on weight, with the limit being 5kg.

Currency, Taxes & Tax Duty
All orders are charged in AUD, and your bank or card provider will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.
🇺🇸 United States
Orders to the U.S. are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. That means import duties and taxes are already included in your checkout total - you won’t need to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Your order will clear customs automatically for a smooth delivery.
You may see a “Duties” line at checkout - this is already included in your total and prepaid by Pinchy Products.
🌎 Orders to all other international destinations
(outside of Australia and the U.S.) are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the receiver.
If applicable, your local customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.
For an estimate, you can check your local customs website or use an online duty calculator before ordering.

💡 If your country isn’t listed as DDP, import duties and local taxes may be charged by customs before your parcel is released for delivery.
International Shipping Timing
Regular post international orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery. Please allow extra time for customers in certain countries.

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your Pinchy Products board is damaged please contact us at hello@pinchyproducts.com.au for next steps.
Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by Pinchy Products within 48 hours of the package being received.
Pinchy Products will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on change of mind.
