Hi, I’m Maddie — a Melbourne-based dietitian, recipe developer and creative behind Pinchy Products.

Pinchy started in 2023 as an extension of Pinch of Maddie, where I share recipes, styling inspiration and creative projects. What began online has grown into a collection of colourful, design-led chopping boards made to be used, styled and loved every day.

These aren’t just chopping boards — they double as serving platters, trays and coffee table pieces, designed to move seamlessly from prep to presentation.

If you can’t tell, I love colour — it’s something simple that brings me so much joy, and it sits at the heart of everything I create.

With a background in food science and product development, each piece is thoughtfully designed for real, everyday use — balancing functionality, durability and playful, modern design.
