Pinchy Products ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. We sell chopping boards and kitchenware for domestic use in Australia.

2. Use of Website

3. Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Our products may vary slightly in colour, grain, or finish due to natural materials.

  • Products are intended for normal domestic use only.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where pricing or product information is incorrect.

Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as courier services.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Product Care & Use

Our chopping boards and kitchenware must be used and maintained in accordance with any care instructions provided.

Failure to follow care instructions (including dishwasher use, soaking, or exposure to excessive heat or moisture) may result in damage or injury.

We recommend keeping all products out of reach of children and using appropriate caution when handling products with sharp, pointed, or protruding features.

Users are responsible for ensuring products are placed on stable surfaces and used in accordance with any safety guidance provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied by us is limited, at our option, to:

  • replacement of the goods;

  • refund of the price paid for the goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
