Care Directions
Like all plastic chopping boards, the knife-friendly cutting surface will mark during use.
If you have a shiny bench top, pop a wet tea towel or paper towel under the chopping board to avoid sliding.
Cleaning: wash with warm soapy water or place on the top rack of your domestic dishwasher.
Do not place hot cookware directly onto board.
This is the 2nd chopping board I have now purchased as the first one was such good quality and aesthetically pleasing.
